Reiki and Seichim are methods of channeling "universal life force energy" to someone or something, for healing purposes. They are not religiously oriented and do not require belief in any religious system to be used effectively for healing. Symbols are used in both methods as a way of directing or augmenting the energy for healing.

Treatments

In eastern philosophy there is the yin and yang symbol. It commonly represents the duality of feminine and masculine energy but this duality can also be applied to many other things. This energy is balanced like the yin-yang symbol such that it has a soothing demeanor but also carries the strength of fire when needed. Seichim is used to clear toxins, past life healing, clear energetic blockages, and help with emotion issues. Seichim is applied using a set of sacred symbols that are signed using both hands. Seichim heals from the spiritual level down to the physical level.

Description:	Seichim (pronounced say-kim), sometimes spelt Sekhem or SKHM, is the Reiki system as used in ancient Egypt. The Seichim attunement and the Reiki master attunement are similar but bring in a slightly different energy type, which will be available to you while healing. There is no need for you to consciously choose this alternate energy type, as it will be selected automatically when appropriate, however you can consciously select it using your intent if your intuition suggests it. Seichim uses traditional Reiki symbols with other additions. You can select what ever you feel is appropriate. It is a perfect addition to Reiki.
