Crystal therapy is a recognized and tested complementary therapy working on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. The whole person is taken into account not only their symptoms. Crystal Therapy promotes health by relaxing, re-energizing and balancing the body and its energy field, thus aiding the body to heal itself. Crystal treatments are excellent at relieving stress and are very relaxing.

A crystal treatment lasts an hour. But on the first visit a full case history is taken and this may take about 15 minutes extra. Establishing a thorough background of the client allows the therapist to develop an individually tailored session. Clients should wear clothing of natural fiber if possible, they conduct energies better than man-made fibers. The client either sits on a chair or lays fully clothed on a massage bed for the treatment. The client may feel heat/cold or tingling sensations during the treatment. Some people do not feel any tingling but do feel deeply relaxed and energized.
