An Integrated Energy Therapy® Session starts usually with the practitioner and client discussing areas of healing required. IET session are carried out on a massage bed, client will lie down comfortably, fully clothed and relaxed, while soft relaxing music is plays in the background. Then IET energy will be directed into specific areas of your body's cellular memory by means of gentle acupressure techniques. These powerful IET techniques will gently assist in "removing issues from the clients tissues"... Session last typically around one hour, after which you will usually feel relaxed and refreshed...

Integrated Energy Therapy is complementary to other healing modalities and can be used alone or in combination with other holistic or traditional approaches to accelerate your self healing journey...
