Reflexology is a Complementary Therapy; it works on the feet, hands or ears enabling the body to heal itself. During and after illness, stress, injury the body is in a state of "imbalance" which blocks vital energy pathways and prevents the body from functioning effectively. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium, or balance, and therefore encourage healing.

The reflexologist uses her hands to apply pressure to the feet. For each person the application and the effect of the therapy is unique. The sensitive and trained hands of the Reflexologist can detect any imbalances or small deposits in reflex points in the feet and by working these points blockages can be released, restoring the free flowing energy to the whole body. Circulation and elimination is improves and tensions in the body is eased.

Reflexology treatments can take up to an hour and depending on your health it may need more than one treatment for optimum results. Practitioner and client determine the number of sessions. Your health deteriorated over a period of time, allow your body some time to heal.
