Reiki is a complete system of holistic, natural healing. It is a primal and basic form of healing, and everybody has the ability to perform Reiki healing once learned. It is ideal for children and teenagers because in the process of learning Reiki, they learn about their bodies, their inner spirit, intuition, their personal power and their connection to the universal Life force which surrounds us all and is universal love.

Reiki Kids and Reiki Teenagers was created to provide information for young people interested in learning about Reiki, and for their parents in hope that they offer encouragement and support on their child’s journey, perhaps even join into Reiki themselves.

The Center is affiliating with the Reiki Kids center in Canada who has been teaching children for years. We teach to their standards and also are using their Reiki Kids manual. For Teenagers we use the same material but add on as appropriate to their age. Barbara teaches to the standard of “The International Center for Reiki Training”. In these workshops we will get in touch with subtle energy and learn simple methods of using Reiki. The courses are designed to be fun and interesting for Youngsters who may already have an awareness of their energetic being and would like to spend time in a nurturing, supportive atmosphere which allows them to explore their innate potential. We will learn about meditation, crystals, colors and sound. Children have a natural awareness of healing energy and often can see it. They are very close to the flow of life. In this class we honor their unique perspectives and present Reiki in a way they can understand.

Cost includes class, Reiki Certificate, manuals and all materials. We continue educating and developing with Reiki.
The Support Group is held on the second Tuesday of each month. BUT over the winter month we vary, please call for the next meeting as we occasionally meet on a Saturday. Normal Reiki Support Meetings are FREE. However, occasionally we invite visitors, teachers of various modalities experts in various fields. This is an extra expense for the center so donations are appreciated.

REIKI II Refresher:
A refresher for those who have Reiki II. Reiki Confirmation Attunement given.
Topics include: History, the original Usui, Hayashi and Takata Japanese version. Chakras, crystals and your questions answered. Giving a Reiki treatment, setting up a Reiki Practice, and talk on Christianity and Reiki.

REIKI Master/Teacher Refresher: 3 evenings
This is to move you on; to motivate you; to get you started. Reiki Confirmation Attunement given. This will be a small class to cover the individual needs. Start teaching and attuning.

* All Refresher courses are over 3 days. Classes must be booked and paid in advance. Please bring your Reiki certificate.

Evening: We come together once a month, every second Tuesday of the month, 7:00PM – 10:00PM.
Morning: Once a month, third Wednesday each month 10:00AM – 1:00PM

REIKI KIDS Every second Tuesday of every month 6PM - 7PM.

PURPOSE: To give and to receive a Reiki Treatment, to continue learning about Reiki, different methods of giving Reiki and to explore additions to Reiki, i.e. crystals, color, aroma oils, sound and music, perkl-light and more.

WHO IS INVITED? Reiki students of The Reiki Healing Center any level, Reiki Healers who would like to link in to practice to give and receive Reiki and also visitors that are in need of healing and those curious about Reiki. We also invite Therapists of other modalities to participate and link in.

COST: DONATIONS APPRECIATED. While we give our time freely, the center has to pay rent and amenities and other costs for the up-keep of the center. It is free for students of the Center but a small donation is always welcome for the above reasons. Visitors are expected to make a donation, unless they cannot afford any, then we open our arms freely and gladly. We are always looking for help with the administration of the center, the shop or to be secretary for the REIKI KIDS or Reiki Teenagers. This is also a way to contribute to the upkeep of the center and will give of course FREE access to the RSG. Sometimes we will have special events to promote learning and we may have to raise a charge to cover the expenses. If you are on our email list you will receive details advertising the events.

Couples and singles will learn how to safely and effectively give massage to each other.

Donald E. Dean, LMT, RMT is a licensed Massage Therapist and healer, with a vision; that one day massage will be used in homes throughout the United States, as it is in many other countries, in order to cultivate nurturing family relationships and to cultivate a deeper sense of intimacy for couples, as well as to heal on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Because the journey that America must take in order to get from where we currently are, to the land of this vision, must begin with the first step. Donald is now offering workshop classes where couples will learn how to safely and effectively give massage within their homes.

Don is having another workshop, couples or singles, follow-up classes and Shiatsu Workshop planned over the next few weeks. His last workshop was such a success.
